Ounces of grated sharp cheddar cheese |

Butter to coat the baking pan |

You can use crushed cornflakes or potato chips as an option -- we don't
use this |

Directions |

Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes |

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except he optional
topping |
|
Coat a 9" x 13" oven safe dish with butter |
|
Pour the mixture into the buttered 9" x 13" oven safe dish |
|
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour |
|
If you decide to use the optional topping, add it after you remove
it from the oven. |
